Innkeeper Susan Callahan. a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, joins the Germantown Inn team as Innkeeper. With valuable experience and a passion for her work, Susan has been recruited by startup inns and bed and breakfasts nationwide for her expertise in branding startups and problem solving at existing inns. Her resume includes positions as manager at Continental Airlines Training where she was responsible for developing and designing a training module that is still being used today, former inn owner in the Colorado mountains, and most recently, general manager of a National Historic Registry boutique inn in downtown Denver.
Susan has served on numerous boards and enjoyed membership in several area chambers and various civic and tourism associations, along with a seat on the Mendocino County Lodging Association Board, serving the northern coast of California.
Susan attended Colorado State University and the University of Denver in continuing legal education. She currently resides in Nashville and is thrilled to be a part of the Germantown Inn team.
